At The Neighbourhood Group, we are committed to providing our community with high-quality care and services. With the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation, we will approach all decisions thoughtfully, taking into account advice from Public Health authorities, based on the best evidence available. We hope to resume our regular practices as soon as it is safe to do so. For now, you can call us and we will do our best to get you any help you need. 1. The Neighbourhood Group will be re-opening our programs and services slowly and safely. As we begin one-to-one appointments with clients there will be no group larger than 6 people to allow enough space for the recommended 6 ft. distancing.
2. All staff and clients will be screened daily online or on paper with contact information kept for tracking purposes.
3. Staff will wear a face mask when working with colleagues or clients.
4. Frequent hand washing will be done or use hand sanitizer if washing is not possible
