Meet the group.

Central Neighbourhood House located in the downtown east end serves people of Toronto who are affected by poverty, isolation, and/or marginalization. We view those that we serve not only as program participants but as co-innovators, collaborators, neighbours, citizens, residents, and most of all, people who are valued. www.cnh.on.ca

Neighbourhood Link Support Services is a non-profit support service agency working to help newcomers, youth, unemployed, seniors and the marginally housed, primarily in the east Toronto community to live independently and with dignity.
