The Senior Link Foundation was established in 1996 with a generous bequest from a caring citizen who believed in the work of our organization. Governed by a voluntary Board of Directors, our mandate is to provide good stewardship, manage funds and to promote and support the development activities of the organization.

The name of the Foundation was changed on May 5, 2016 to The Neighbourhood Group (TNG) Foundation to reflect our amalgamation, as well as our growth over the years, as we continue to respond to the evolving needs of our community. Today, in addition to serving seniors, we also serve children, youth, people with disabilities, newcomers and those who are homeless, underhoused or marginalized.
